Themed-Party-Ideas focuses on quality content for visitors interested in a variety of home entertaining ideas. If you are interested in writing for us, please first state your interests by completing the form below. Do not send articles in, unless you just can't contain yourself. We'd rather suggest specific topics we need based on your general interests. Minimum Requirements for ArticlesAll submitted work must be original and minimum 700 words long. Contributions and photos must be original content not published elsewhere on the internet. Content must be the property of the contributor. Copyscape is used to check for orginality. Photos may be e-mailed to jencyn at themed-party-ideas dot com (address altered to prevent spamming). Only highly relevant, well written articles will be published. We will notify you in a timely manner if your article doesn't either meet our criteria or needs; that way you can submit it somewhere else. Contributions become the property of Themed-Party-Ideas.com and may be edited. Ads and additional content (like commentary) may be added to your page. EligibilityWe are much more likely to accept articles from individuals who have a vested interest in promoting the page they contribute (that is, because they wish to generate more traffic to their site or business). However, we do accept well-written articles by enthusiasts who are simply looking to share their golden ideas. While we favor business owners (or their writers), not all businesses are eligible to submit articles for free. If you have one service; say you're an entertainer, a magician, wedding photographer or a party planner, you are more likely eligible. Info-preneurs with high quality sites are generally eligible. We do not generally accept articles from business owners whose primary focus is selling products rather than sharing information. For example, if you have a party supplies store (every page on your site is to sell multiple products) or you have an affiliate program to help sell your products, you're probably more a candidate for our advertising. The benefit of this is that with one of our advertising options, we will write an article for you. Contact us to find out more. Write for Themed Party IdeasContributors with a business, either offline or online, get the added benefit of having their page promoted in our newsletter (4,000+ subscribers) and via our other social media. We grant up to two follow links back to a contributor's site in exchange for their article. After two such articles, authors become candidates for paid guest author positions. Paid Guest AuthorsWe hire part-time writers ($20 per article). Guest authors must have another related site, related articles on another site, or an offline business they wish to promote. This is because we wish for authors to actively promote their articles with links in or word of mouth; particularly as it benefits the ranking of their links out and traffic to the page. They must also meet our eligibility requirements, see section on eligibility above. Guest authors must have already written two articles for us in exchange for links back to their site or an article they wish to promote. Guest authors receive a featured spot on our Staff Bios Page with a biographic sketch, photo and link to their site, Facebook account, and twitter account.
