For this college party theme idea, everyone wears their sexiest bikini to the party. Upon entry each person/couple is given a highlighter with which they can feel free to decorate themselves or their partners or others.

Surprisingly, highlighters are cheap good sexy fun when hit with a blacklight. The more skin shown the more fun.

Editor's Note:

So, we have a solution for those who don't come in bikinis: white tee-shirts. They will look great with a black light. Have everyone write on each other's shirt. This graffiti party idea is for everyone!

More Black Light Party Ideas

Each party-goer shows up with a couple of snacks an drinks to share, their T-shirt, some colored permanent markers or even just black and favorite photo of: a scenic riverside, landscape photo, their home, car, dog, etc...

1. Munchies
2. One T-shirt (white, off white or grey)
3. black permanent markers
4. other colored permanent markers (blue, brown ad green are good).

*Fine point markers are found at a College or School store and Walmart, Target, etc.
