Blue Cheese Veggie Dip

A must for any hot wings dish and great with raw vegetables!

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
• 1/4 crumbled cup blue cheese
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
• 2 tablespoons red pepper, finely chopped
• Fresh vegetables for serving

Mix all ingredients except chopped red pepper until well blended. Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle chopped red pepper to garnish. Serve with bite-sized vegetables.

You can also enjoy this dip as a dressing over a salad for a hearty dish!
