Cucumber Sandwich

Ingredients:

• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons of finely minced walnuts
• 2 tablespoons of minced stuffed olives (optional)
• cucumber slices
• salt and pepper to taste

Mix the walnuts an olives into the cream cheese. Spread on the sandwich bread of your choice and place peeled cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese.

This sandwich can be served open-faced or between two slices of bread.
