Ingredients:

• 1 can mandarin oranges (11 ounces)
• 1 cup cubed pineapple (canned pineapple may be used)
• 3 bananas, sliced
• 3 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup pecan pieces
• 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 cup pitted cherries (maraschino cherries for those who like it really sweet!)

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients thoroughly. Chill for at least an hour or overnight.

Butter Caramels Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 cups half and half

Butter an 8-inch square pan. Spread the nuts in the bottom of the pan and set aside.

In a heavy saucepan, mix the sugar, corn syrup, butter, and 1 cup of the half and half.

Bring ingredients to a boil and stir constantly. Once boiling, add the rest of the half and half and stir.

Add a candy thermometer and cook over medium heat. Bring the mixture to the "firm ball" stage (244 - 248 degrees). Don't exceed this temperature.

Immediately spread the mixture over the nuts in the pan. Allow to cool.

Cut into 1 inch squares.
