Egg Salad Recipe for an Egg Salad Sandwich
Allow boiled eggs to cool, and chop into 1/2 inch pieces. In a bowl, mix the eggs, olives and onions. Add the mayonnaise and mustard and combine well. Salt and pepper the mixture to your own taste and serve on sandwich bread or crackers.
