Engagement Toasts: Sayings, Tips and Etiquette
Engagement toasts are easy if you follow this simple formula. Of all the engagement party tips,
information on how to prepare your toast is essential.
Engagement party etiquette suggests you create a toast that's memorable, heartfelt (even if it is humorous), and well thought out. Using these guidelines, you can reflect on your personal experiences with the engaged couple to create a toast that will be a highlight of the engagement party.
I met Donald in the third grade. We've been best friends ever since. I knew Kristina and Donald were a perfect match when he brought her camping with the guys. We gave her a hard time, but she laughed with us the entire time. Donald and Kristina really bring out the best in each other; they're always teaching each other new things. Donald taught Kris how to rock climb and Kris taught Donald pretty much everything else. As you know, I'm a bachelor, but I know that if there's anything that makes for a lasting relationship it is a strong friendship. There's a saying, "A friend is someone who knows us, but loves us anyway." I've noticed that Donald and Kris are two people who are really interested in getting to each other. May you two never stop learning about each other, love each other anyway, and always remain best friends. Please raise your glasses with me as we celebrate the engagement of two wonderful people: Kristina and Donald.
