Fear Factor Party
These fear factor party ideas and fear recipes are so gross; your guests will cringe at the mere thought of them! Full of fright, these Halloween party ideas are to die for!
T. Winters of Quebec, Canada shares fear factor ideas for your Halloween party.
Fear Factor Party IdeasYour fear factor party can be set up as a team event, individual test of bravery, or you could just pick a few guests for each part.I would (and have) served fake dog food. Here's the recipe:
Fear Factor RecipesOpen a real can of dog food, empty contents and wash carefully as to not damage paper.
This submission was an entry in one of our fun monthly contests.
In a blender combine a package of cooked wieners (still hot), a tablespoon of of beef bouillon, and 2 tablespoons of melted chicken or ham fat grease. Blend it into a puree. Fill the can with this mixture and set the lid back on it.
Like our facebook page for updates on new contest opportunities. Keep it in fridge until shortly before using, make sure guests hear you using electric opener. Bring the can out and take lid off in front of them. The fat settles at the top just like real dog food.
Other great fear factor recipes include: Pigs testicles (actually boiled chicken gizzards), cow tongue, blood pudding on crackers, beef heart (thickened water with red die injected in the heart arteries with a syringe after it is cooked looks great when you cut into it). And, off course, snails and oysters bother some people too. For dessert, we have served witches finger cookies (found on many websites for Halloween recipes), bones (meringue cookies in the shape of bones) and cat litter cake (also on Halloween recipes pages).
Fear Factor GamesAt my fear factor party we made a fear factor game that's similar to bobbing for apples. Only you have to put your face or head into a bucket that has a mixture of "stuff" floating in it: water, milk, sardine oil, cereal, oatmeal etc. Use your imagination. You can also add flour to your bucket for a really gross texture. The liquid to flour gives great results! Another game is to have players reach into a container that they can not see into, to find an object. In this container you can have grass, moss, sticks, ants, worms, and bugs that don`t bite or sting. Just the feel of them walking on your hands is gross enough when you don`t know what it is.
Editor's Note:These fear factor recipes are great! For more really fun Halloween recipes check out our "brain food" and "dirty rat cupcakes". Even the sight of these foods will get a flinch reaction!
For fear factor party decoration ideas, we like the idea of a
Fog Machine
