Harry Potter Games for Kids

Susan Smoaks of Florida wrote in her creative ideas for a Harry Potter game. Here's what she had to say.

The object of the game is to find the Sorcerer's Stone. Before the party, paint a large rock with gold spray paint. Create several clues that will several as a treasure map for the children.

Give the children only the first clue which leads to a second clue. Hide the rock (Sorcerer's Stone) and the rest of the treasure hunt clues that lead to the rock.

Send the children out as a group to find the Sorcerer's Stone. If you have a large group you may need to divide into houses (teams) and set up two treasure hunts.

You can use the same clues, just duplicate them and change the order for each team.
