How to Make Deviled Eggs

Make a dozen eggs, which will give you 24 deviled eggs. You won't have any left over because everyone loves this easy recipe!

It's a perfect addition to your easy picnic recipes, summer parties and potluck gatherings.

Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 dozen eggs
• 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup pickles, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup red onions, finely chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Paprika, a dash on each egg

Shell the eggs and cut in half lengthwise.

Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Salt and pepper the egg whites and set aside.

Add mayonnaise, pickles, and onions to the yolks and mash to combine thoroughly. Put a little of the mixture into each egg white. Finish by sprinkling a dash of paprika on each egg for garnish.

When I bring these deviled eggs to parties or picnics, I always get a lot of compliments.

I have listed the ingredients, and the amounts....but feel free to adjust them according to your taste! They come out great with any combination of the ingredients.

• 1 dozen eggs, boiled and peeled
• 1 tsp yellow mustard
• 1 tsp brown mustard
• 2 tbs mayonnaise
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 4-5 "shots" of hot sauce (Tabasco, Louisiana Bull, etc)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Slice eggs in half and scoop yolks into a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Spoon mixture back into sliced egg halves. For garnish, sprinkle a little extra bacon over the top of the eggs.

So simple....and yet soooo good! Try them and see!
