Santa's Sleigh Themed Party:The decor would have giant gift wraped boxes, some slightly opened some tiped over, some colsed with a bow...etc. with giant toys and games commonly found in Santa's sleigh. The feel should be like you snuck into the sleigh and you're being taken around the world. You could have paintings, or pictures to make it look like there are windows in the sleigh and the windows could show different well known places like the Eiffel tower. Over the music, once and hour or so, you could have a loud "HO HO HO!" as if Santa were delivering presents. When Santa's voice is played, everyone takes a drink or shot or something along those lines to keep the party going throughout the night.
