  • 1/3 ounce Creme de Menthe
  • 1/3 ounce Green Chartreuse
  • 2 ounces Irish Whiskey

Stir well with cracked ice and serve in a 3 ounce cocktail glass.

Blarney Stone Cocktail (Quite a cocktail, this one!)

Kiss the Blarney Stone and you'll be endowed with the gift of gab.

But the Blarney Castle resides all the way over in Ireland. So in case you can't make it, we've prepared our best legendary surrogate: the Blarney Stone Cocktail.

  • 2 ounces Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Curacao
  • 1/4 teaspoon maraschino
  • Dash of bitters
In a cocktail shaker, shake well and strain into a 3 ounce cocktail glass. Serve with a garnish of orange peel and a green olive to represent the Irish flag!

  • 1 1/2 ounce Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
  • 1 teaspoon Creme de Menthe (green)
Stir well with cracked ice and serve in a 3 ounce cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive

Cameron's Kick

  • 3/4 ounce Scotch Whiskey
  • 3/4 ounce Irish Whiskey
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • A few dashes of Orange Bitters

In a cocktail shaker, shake well with cracked ice and strain into a three ounce cocktail glass.

Irish Coffee

  • 1 1/2 ounce Irish whiskey
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Chilled whipped cream
  • Cup of hot black coffee
Fill a cup with hot black coffee and stir in sugar until melted. Stir in Whiskey and top with whipped cream. Do not stir.

If you like this recipe, you might also try the Mexican equivalent: Mexican Coffee, with tequila instead of whiskey!

  • 1 1/4 ounce Irish Whiskey
  • 1 1/4 ounce Sweet Vermouth
  • Dash of Bitters
Stir well with cracked ice and serve in a 3 ounce cocktail glass

Irish Shillelagh

  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon powdered Sugar
  • 1 1/2 ounce Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce Rum
  • 1/2 ounce Gin

In a cocktail shaker, shake well with cracked ice and strain into a 5 ounce high ball glass. Garnish with peach slices, strawberries, and a cherry.

Tipperary Cocktail

  • 3/4 ounce Irish Whiskey
  • 3/4 ounce Green Chartreuse
  • 3/4 Sweet Vermouth

Stir well with cracked Ice and strain into a 3 ounce cocktail glass

Pour Chartreuse and tea over cracked ice and stir. Pour Bailey's over the top. Serve in a tall tea glass.

Irish Sally

  • 1 ounce green apple schnapps
  • 1 1/2 ounce Vodka

Pour vodka and apple schnapps into a cocktail shaker filled with cracked ice. Shake well and strain into a large martini glass. Garnish with a orange slice for a dash of the Irish flag!

Lucky Leprechaun

  • 1 1/2 ounces Vodka
  • 1 ounce Creme de Mint
  • Ginger Ale

Pour Vodka and Creme de Mint into a cocktail shaker filled with cracked ice. Shake will and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Add Ginger Ale to taste.
