Kidney Bean Salad Recipe

This kidney bean salad recipe is very easy. You can use the simple homemade Italian dressing recipe listed or you may substitute a store bought salad dressing to save even more time.

Recipe for Kidney Bean Salad

• 2 cups of cooked kidney beans or mixed beans (one can, drained)
• 1/4 cup diced celery
• 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
• 1/4 cup diced onions
• 1/4 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing

Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and allow the salad to marinate in the Italian dressing for at least thirty minutes before serving.
