Mexican Beach Party

So you start out with some wicked decor. You want to make it look like your down in the surf in Cancun. Wrap everything - chairs, tables, etc.. - in bright colors. Use unscented candles on all the tables to help throw some rustic feel into the mix.

Load your song play list with Carlos Santana, the Beach Boys, and any other music that makes you crave salt water and jalapenos.

Speaking of which, serve sea food, but with a Mexican twist: fish tacos, shrimp quesadillas, crab claws and mango salsa. The works.

Serve it all up on terracotta plates and bowls and you'll get the vibe you're going for. Mix up some ice cold margaritas and pina coladas and throw around Corona Extra with lime and Dos Equis. Have all the guests come decked out in lazy beach bum attire.
