Pasta Salad With Italian Dressing

Pasta Salad With Italian Dressing was submitted by Monique of Charlottesville, VA.

• 1 lb spaghetti pasta or angel hair
• 1 cup Italian dressing, or any of your favorites is delicious with this recipe, try one of these for variety all summer long: Light Italian, Greek, Caesar, sun-dried tomato!
• 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
• 1/4 cup onion
• 1/4 cup green pepper
• 1/4 black olives
• 1 tsp oregano (fresh or dried)
• 1 tsp fresh or dried basil
• 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese or Ramona

Cook pasta according to box directions; drain and cool. Add all ingredients in large bowl and stir. Cover and chill at least 1 hr.

Servings 10

Notes: Great for Picnics, easy and delicious. May substitute any fresh veggies you like for variety. I suggest zucchini, pepperoni (if you like meat), mushrooms, and red bell peppers.
