Oven Fried Chicken Recipe

• 1 broiler chicken cut into pieces
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup corn sugarless cornflake crumbs (or bread crumbs)
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 butter (melted)
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Pepper to taste
• 2 Tablespoon water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine flour, cornflake crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings in a shallow dish. Beat egg and water in another dish.

Dip chicken in the egg first then coat with flour and seasoning mixture. Place chicken in a 13 x 9 baking dish and drizzle the melted butter over the chicken.

Bake for one hour until chicken is tender.
