Buffalo Chicken Wings
Hot wings and football parties are a marriage made in heaven! Your superbowl party recipes just aren't complete without this classic.
Double or triple this recipe depending on party size. This is my favorite way to make hot wings. The method of coating the wings with hot sauce is the same as the method done in a famous hot wings restaurant.
Ingredients:
- 12 chicken wings (about 2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons dry Cajun seasoning
- Frank's hot wing sauce
- Blue cheese dip (see recipe of dip page)
- Celery sticks
Heat barbeque grill until it reaches 425 degrees. Wash and dry chicken wings. Season with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning to taste. Grill wings for about 20 minutes, 10 minutes on each side, or until done.
Coat the interior perimeter of a large stainless steel bowl with Frank's hot wing sauce and place wings in bowl. Toss wings until well coated. Serve with washed celery stalks and blue cheese dip.
