Summer Fruit Sticks

This is a really simple recipe that is great for summertime parties or BBQ's...

• 1 can pineapple chunks
• 1 jar Maraschino cherries
• 1 cantaloupe, cut into chunks
• 1 honeydew, cut into chunks
• 1 qt strawberries
• 1 pint blueberries
• Wooden skewers (approx 12"-15" long)

Fill a large bowl with crushed ice, and stick the skewers into the ice so they all stand up...sorta fanned out like a flower arrangement.

These are so easy and so refreshing, plus they make a great centerpiece....and you can carry them around while you eat them....perfect for those hot summertime events!

These even work well for children's parties...but be careful with the skewers if the kids are young.
