Official Themed Party Ideas Contest Rules

This contest is open to U.S. and Canadian residents 18 years of age and older. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST.

Participants enter the contest by submitting their party idea (and or photos) in the designated form on our site. Entries must meet "submission guidelines" specified in the form.

All contest participants are invited to subscribe to our monthly e-zine, Party-zine. Party-zine subscribers receive our free party ideas e-books, and access to other exclusive printables.

Entries must be submitted before midnight PST on the last day of any given contest. This date is posted on the contest page. Void where prohibited. Themed Party Ideas staff and affiliate website owners will determine the winners for each content based on merit.

When making a submission be sure that you have selected the "Notify me when...* My contribution has been accepted" check box at the bottom of the "Thank You" page that follows your entry, or you will not be notified and you will not be able to claim your prize.

One (1) contest winner will receive a USD Visa Card in the amount posted on the contest page. This contest is open only to individuals in Canada or the US. No part of the contest prizes are transferable.

Themed Party Ideas is not responsible for entries not received due to internet access problems, service delays or outages, or any other technical difficulties.

All participants will be required to indicate acceptance of these Official Contest Rules and, except where prohibited by law, the winners will be required to consent to the use of their first and last names, state or province, country, and/or prize information, without limitation for promotional purposes and without further payment.

All participants certify that their submission of party ideas and photos are original materials without restrictions, belonging to the participant, and not published elsewhere on the Internet. All materials submitted become the property of Themed-Party-Ideas.com and may be used without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consent or payment.

By submitting an entry, participants release our sponsors and their affiliated companies from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, or rights of publicity or privacy). EMAIL ADDRESSES SUBMITTED TO THEMED-PARTY-IDEAS.COM WILL NOT BE SHARED, SOLD, OR DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. These Official Contest Rules constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter addressed here and may not be altered except by a written document signed both by qualified representatives of www.themed-party-ideas.com and the contest entrant. To the maximum extent permitted by law, www.themed-party-ideas.com reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time. Any entrant who violates these Official Rules will be subject to disqualification.
